Central digital platform that links schools and job applicants. Current teachers are able to seamlessly SWITCH/ or cross transfer form and to any school in a country. It has a database of more than 25 000 schools from the department of basic education. It is light weight yet effective application.

Cross Transferring and/or Switching is when currently employed teachers want to alternate between schools based on municipalities, provinces, or even within the same educational locale. With just a NATEMIS number, teachers can create and activate their own profiles that will allow them to begin the transfer/switching process as per their indication in terms of expertise and subject choices. Updating your respective profile is therefore of importance and ease of transfers. Click on the provided link to start the SWITCHING
Account
There would one account per school. This account is ideally intended for headmasters, clerks to create and manage their job ads. To request school account school officials can send a request to schooljobs@ngonyamalink.co.za or alternatively use the link School Account Request and to login, you click on School Login . School account might take up to 24 hours to effect.
Teachers can create their individual profiles for recruitment using the link Teacher Registration. Registration is key to employment allocation(s) based on their most recently updated and accurate information. This will allow recruiters to select ideal personnel and furthermore influence DIRECT applications and to meet SWITCHING requirements.
